Re-appeal for public assistance to locate missing teenager - Westmead

Police are renewing an appeal for public assistance to locate a teenage girl missing from Sydney's west.

Takoda Anetela – aged 14 – was reported missing to officers from Parramatta Police Area Command last Friday (22 October 2021).

An investigation into her whereabouts was subsequently commenced, and despite extensive inquiries, she has not been located.

Takoda was last seen at Berala Railway Station on Monday (25 October 2021) and is believed to be using the rail network to travel around the Sydney Metropolitan area.

Police and Takoda's family hold serious concerns for her welfare due to her young age.

She is described as being Pacific Islander appearance, about 160-165cm tall, of medium build, with a dark brown complexion, black hair and brown eyes.

Takoda was last seen wearing a blue facemask, grey jumper, light blue jeans and no shoes.

It is believed Takoda may frequent the Woodbine, Bankstown, Spring Farm and Harrington Park areas.
