Four alleged Rebels members and associates were arrested for criminal association in the early hours of Thursday morning.
It will be alleged the four men were present together at Salisbury Downs about 4am on Thursday 18 January. The Rebels, an Outlaw Motorcycle Gang, is a declared criminal organisation and it is an offence for participants of a declared criminal organisation to be in a public place with two or more other persons who are also participants in a declared criminal organisation.
The four men, a 25-year-old Ridleyton man, a 29-year-old Hope Valley man, a 31-year-old Highbury man and a 36-year-old Salisbury Park man, were arrested and charged with criminal association.
They were all refused police bail and will appear in the Adelaide Magistrates Court on 10 April.
Crime Gangs Task Force will continue to investigate reports of Outlaw Motorcycle Gang members gathering in public places in contravention of this law to ensure the safety of the public.
