We're upgrading the external public toilets at Billilla historic mansion in autumn 2025 to improve accessibility and visitor experience while preserving the site's heritage.
The new facility will feature seven cubicles, including two ambulant and one accessible cubicle, along with external handwashing facilities. The upgrade has been carefully designed to maintain the heritage character of Billilla and will remain within the footprint of the current toilet block.
We will install temporary public toilets onsite during the construction. Works have been scheduled in autumn 2025 to minimise disruption.
We plan for and provide the infrastructure our community uses every day - from roads, water and waste to footpaths, cycleways, parks, and public toilets.
