The report warns that with the pandemic far from over, the growth outlook remains uncertain. It examines the recovery of the global economy from the COVID-19 pandemic as new waves of infection, labour market challenges, lingering supply-side constraints and rising inflationary pressures persist.
The regional briefing will share the report's perspective on the Asia-Pacific region's economic outlook and related policy challenges to support robust recovery from the pandemic and long-term sustainable development.
