The findings from the CPSU Survey and paid time meetings on the Proposed Service Delivery Performance Model highlight serious concerns for the wellbeing of a large majority of workers who participated.
Workers have told us that they are experiencing excessive amounts of stress, anxiety and burnout which they attribute to psychosocial hazards in the workplace. The interactions of multiple psychosocial hazards are causing workers to become unwell at work and have the potential to cause serious illness or injury for the most vulnerable workers.
