Emergency services are currently conducting enquires following reports of a woman being seen entering floodwater near the One Mile Bridge at West Ipswich this afternoon.
Officers received the report around 1:55pm and are currently conducting enquires in the surrounding area near the Bremer River to substantiate this report.
The woman is reportedly described as Caucasian in appearance with long blonde hair, and was reportedly seen wearing a black top, denim pants and black shoes.
Police appeal to the woman, or anyone who may have information regarding her movements in the area this afternoon, to contact police.
