Restrictions to continue at Lithgow Council's Customer Centres

Lithgow Council

Lithgow City Council's priority is the health of our staff, and the health of our community, and we are focused on continuing to safely deliver services to the community as we reopen.

From 15 December 2021 until at least 31 January 2022, some restrictions will continue and customers attending the Lithgow Service Centre, visitor information centre, libraries, the aquatic centre and Eskbank House will need to provide evidence of vaccination (or medical exemption).

If a customer cannot provide evidence of vaccination or medical exemption, the customer will need to check in and MUST wear a face mask.

If you are unvaccinated and/or do not feel comfortable undertaking face-to-face interactions, you can continue to contact Council by telephone or email. Customers can also complete an online enquiry form from Council's website.

Cash payments can be made at Australia Post offices.
