Rider Dies After Motorcycle - Monaro

A rider has died following a single vehicle crash in the state's south yesterday.

About 5pm (Saturday 1 November 2025), emergency services were called to Snowy River Way, Ando about 65km south of Cooma, following reports of a crash.

Officers attached to Monaro Police District arrived to find a motorcycle had collided with a fence post.

The rider – a 29-year-old man – was treated by NSW Ambulance paramedics; however, he died at the scene.

Police established a crime scene and an investigation into the cause of the crash was commenced.

A report will be prepared for the information of the coroner.
