Rider killed after motorcycle crash - Turramurra

A man has died following a motorcycle crash in Sydney's north today.

About 9.10am (Sunday 25 April 2021), a motorcycle was travelling along The Comenarra Parkway at Turramurra, when the rider lost control and crashed into a tree.

Emergency services were notified and arrived a short time later.

The 30-year-old man was treated at the scene before being taken to Royal North Shore Hospital where he later died.

Officers attached to Ku-ring-gai Police Area Command established a crime scene, which has been forensically examined.

Police are appealing for anyone who may have witnessed or have dashcam footage of the incident to contact Crime Stoppers.

A report will be prepared for the Coroner.
