RMIT Boosts Indonesia Ties to Enhance Cyber Skills

RMIT University signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Indonesia's Coordinating Ministry for Economic Affairs, Infinite Learning and Innova8 to deliver cyber safety and resilience training programs for Indonesia's workforce development.

RMIT will deliver a bespoke cyber security program designed to upskill and equip professionals with the essential skills they need in cyber security to safeguard networks and its broader implications, supporting the region to meet the demands of a modern digital economy and advancing best practices.

This collaboration builds on RMIT's decades-long partnerships in the region, highlighting our expanded presence in the Asia-Pacific and ongoing focus on addressing critical workforce skills gaps.

The MoU was signed during a visit to Indonesia by Mish Eastman, RMIT Deputy Vice-Chancellor Vocational Education and Vice-President, and Saskia Loer Hansen, Deputy Vice-Chancellor and Vice-President International and Engagement.
