Over the past few months, our tree crew has been hard at work completing various tree maintenance tasks, including removal of diseased, dying or dead branches, uplifting, and routine inspections throughout the Shire. We have also responded to a number of requests from the community and storm weather events.
We have planted 54 mixed species of plants including Crepe Myrtles and Fastigiata Hornbeam as part of a street beautification project in Eildon on South Crescent and High Street to enhance the town entrance.
Our parks team are currently maintaining recreational spaces and preparing for the upcoming spring weather.
Both our sealed and unsealed roads teams are gearing up for our annual grading and resealing programs throughout the Shire.
