Detectives have charged four youths following reports of a robbery and stabbing in Bellbird Park last night, July 14.
It is alleged around 7:15pm a 40-year-old man working as a fast food delivery driver was robbed by a group of people outside an Abbot Circuit address.
During the course of the robbery the 40-year-old was allegedly stabbed a number of times to the torso before he was able to escape and obtain medical assistance.
He is currently in hospital in a serious but stable condition.
Police investigations led to the arrest of four juvenile males at an address at Redbank Plains shortly after the incident.
Two 17-year boys, a 16-year-old boy and a 15-year-old boy were each charged with armed robbery and acts intended to cause grievous bodily harm.
All were refused police bail to appear in Ipswich Childrens Court.
Police investigations remain ongoing.
