"Council offers rebates when you install water-efficient toilets or washing machines. It's $200 dollars back when you replace a single-flush toilet with a dual flush with efficiency rating of 4 stars or higher. You can claim for two toilets on each residential property and up to 10 for commercial properties," Ms Pitot says.
"There's another $150 cash back for washing machines rated 4.5 stars or higher and connected to Eurobodalla's water supply system.
"Apply for your rebate soon – don't leave it until the end of financial year. Complete the rebate application form on Council's website, including the original receipt with brand make and model for any appliances purchased within the last six months."
