Midland Detectives have charged a man as a result of their investigation into a burglary at a property in Sawyers Valley on or around 6 January 2021.
It is alleged the man forced entry in the property and stole approximately $150,000 worth of equipment and tools, including an Iveco tray back truck.
Yesterday, Thursday 14 January 2021, Midland Detectives executed a search warrant at a residence in Gidgegannup where it is alleged they located the stolen Iveco truck and approximately 100 items also stolen from the Sawyers Valley property.
A 39-year-old man, from Gidgegannup has been charged with:-
• 2 x Aggravated Burglary and Commit;
• 2 x Stealing; and
• 1 x Steal Motor Vehicle.
He is due to appear before the Midland Magistrates Court on 12 February 2021.
