In the coming weeks, the J M Robson Aquatic Centre will be conducting swimming lessons for several schools, providing vital skills to our local children.
With summer upon us, Lithgow City Council is ramping up its Learn to Swim program offerings. Several local schools have taken the opportunity to provide swimming lessons for their students. The J M Robson Aquatic Centre will be conducting swimming lessons for schools as follows.
- Capertee & Glen Alice Public Schools -6th- 10th December - 11am till 12pm
- Cullen Bullen Public School -13th-16th December - 10am- 12pm
- Hampton Public School -10th December & 13th -16th December - 12pm-230pm
Swimming skills are critical for everybody given our lifestyle and Council is excited to provide these services. For the period of these lessons, the entire recreational area and 2 lanes of the indoor pool will be temporarily unavailable.
