Scoresby burglary

Detectives from the Knox Crime Investigation Unit are appealing for information following a burglary in Scoresby last month.

Investigators believe a man attended a house in Borg Street about 11.25am on 4 January.

The man went down the side of the house and accessed a decked area of the property by cutting through a fly wire screen.

He attempted to jemmy a door but was disturbed and left the property.

The offender is perceived to be Caucasian, 30-40 years-old with a medium build and dark hair.

Police have released images of a man they believe may be able to assist with their enquires.
