Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Dumbalk man Jacob Jolley, Victoria Police say.
The 24-year-old was last seen at an address on Farmers Road about 12.45pm on Thursday 12 July.
Police and family members hold concerns for Jacob’s welfare as he has a medical condition.
An image of Jacob has been released in the hope someone can provide information on his whereabouts.
Jacob is described as about 172cm tall with a medium to solid build.
He was last seen wearing a grey hoodie, black track pants and runners.
Police have also released an image of a car similar to the one Jacob may be driving.
It is described as a white 2008 Holden Astra station wagon with registration XNW276, and has a black left side mirror.
Police believe Jacob may be in the Euroa area.
