Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Scott Lovick, Victoria Police say.
The 37-year-old was last seen in Rowe Street in Mansfield on Saturday about 5pm.
Police and family have concerns for his welfare due to the amount of time he has been missing.
Scott is described as 180cm tall, thin build, with dark brown short wavy hair and was last seen wearing jeans and a dark coloured long sleeved top.
Police have released an image of Scott in the hope someone recognises him.
He is known to frequent the Mansfield, Tolmie, Mt Buller and Goughs Bay areas and may be driving a 1990 red Toyota Camry with registration 1IS 9GH.
Anyone who sights Scott or who knows of his whereabouts is urged to contact Mansfield Police Station on 5775 2555.
