Second Man Charged in Ripley Shooting Incident

Police have charged a second man following investigations after shots were allegedly fired inside a house at Ripley earlier this week, December 2.

Detectives from the Ipswich Criminal Investigation Branch and Logan Tactical Crime Squad arrested a 30-year-old Regents Park man.

He has been charged with enter dwelling and commit, acts intend to maim.

He was refused police bail and is due to appear in Beenleigh Magistrates Court today, December 5.

Investigators continue to appeal to anyone with information that could assist investigations and have yet to speak to police to come forward.
