Secretary General Marija Pejčinović Burić has exchanged views today with Minister of Culture of North Macedonia, Bisera Kostadinovska Stojchevska.
The Secretary General highlighted the measures taken to ensure non-discrimination, diversity and inclusion and address the challenges of democratic backsliding, and further welcomed the hosting of the 9th International Roma and Travellers Women Conference (in Skopje, in November) .
The meeting also focused on the work within the Enlarged Partial Agreement on Cultural Routes and on the relevance of the Nicosia Convention on Offenses relating to Cultural Property (CETS. 221). Finally, the Secretary General invited the authorities to join the digital art exhibition "Free to Create - Create to be Free" with two selected artworks.
