The 13th annual City of Gold Coast Mayor's Christmas Carols is returning to HOTA on Saturday 30 November with a talented line up of local performers set to take the stage.
Performances will be held on the HOTA Outdoor Stage with the HOTA Parklands being activated and decked out with large screens, food trucks and free family entertainment.
Limited free tickets for the outdoor stage will be available via HOTA from 9am Monday 18 November and again from 7pm Tuesday 19 November, while no tickets are required for the parklands.
Mayor Tom Tate said the Mayor's Christmas Carols will be bigger and better than before with plenty of room for everyone to enjoy the show within the HOTA precinct.
"Tickets are limited for the outdoor stage but there will be plenty of room at the parklands for families to enjoy the show on the big screens.
"Join us for an evening of singing and dancing to your favourite Christmas Carols while enjoying family entertainment, good food and a whole lot of fun."
Gold Coast singer-songwriter Budjerah will be this year's headline act, supported by Australian singing sensation Dami Im and brass ensemble, the Hot Potato Band.
Budjerah is a multi-Aria award-winning artist who has captivated audiences at Australia's favourite music festivals and opened for Ed Sheeran during his 2023 stadium tour.
Dami Im is known for her win on the X-Factor Australia which was followed by her performance at the 2016 Eurovision Song Contest where she finished runner up.
The Hot Potato Band hails from Sydney and will bring an energetic and interactive performance to the stage.
The Warner Bros. Movie World Looney Tune Christmas Show will keep the kids entertained, there will be a special performance by the Wizard of Oz cast and a visit from the one and only Santa Claus.
Village Roadshow Group CEO, Clark Kirby said the theme park operator is pleased to return as the event's presenting partner for a third year running.
"Our theme parks bring joy to families every day, so we're excited to help deliver another awesome night of entertainment for the Gold Coast community," Mr Kirby said.
"In additions to the Looney Tunes who will be performing their iconic Christmas performance, we will also have a special appearance by the Wizard of Oz cast to align with the opening of the new world-first precinct at Warner Bros. Movie World."
The event will be hosted by 7NEWS Gold Coast presenters Amanda Abate and Steve Titmus as well as 1029 Hot Tomato's Emily Jade O'Keeffe and Galey.
Gates open from 4pm with the evening commencing at 6pm and concluding at 8.30pm with a spectacular fireworks finale.
