Michelle Lambon-Wilks, head of education and skills at Sellafield Ltd, said:

Being listed once again highlights our excellent training programme, showcasing our commitment, contribution and the great success that apprenticeships have brought to our company.

Apprenticeships are a great way to support people to earn while they learn, retrain, or upskill, and having the right people, in the right roles, at the right time will help us achieve our purpose.

Heather Hughes, an electrical and instrumentation commissioning craft apprentice, said:

My apprenticeship with Sellafield Ltd has allowed me to develop practical and theoretical skills alongside personal development, providing a solid base to allow me to progress to an exciting career.
