Emergency services are at the scene of a serious crash at Halidon in the State's Murray Mallee region.
Just before 1.20pm Friday 12 April police and emergency services were called to the Karoonda Highway between Halidon and Karoonda after a truck and a car collided.
The Karoonda Highway will be closed to all to all traffic and police are asking motorists to avoid the area and find an alternate route.
