Police are responding to reports of a crash on Tamingi Street in Ruakākā.
Police and emergency services were called to the single vehicle crash about 3.15pm today.
The condition of the vehicle's sole occupant is not known at this stage but ambulance are on scene.
Motorists are advised to avoid the area and take an alternative route.
Road closures are in place and the road is expected to be closed for some time.
