Serious Traffic Crash Appeal At Jimboomba

The Springwood Forensic Crash Unit is appealing for witnesses after a serious traffic crash in Jimboomba on Friday, January 10.

At approximately 5.45am, a silver Mitsubishi Lancer was travelling north on the Mount Lindesay Highway when it collided with a white Toyota Corolla travelling south near the Brisbane Street exit.

The driver of the Mitsubishi, an 18-year-old Gleneagle man suffered non-life-threatening injuries. The driver of the Toyota, an 18-year-old Logan Reserve woman suffered serious injuries. They were both transported to the Princess Alexandra Hospital.

Investigators are appealing to any witnesses, or anyone with relevant dashcam footage to come forward.
