Police are investigating a serious traffic crash that occurred near Chillagoe this morning, Queensland Police say.
Officers were called to Burke Development Road at around 5.15am following reports that a utility had rolled.
On arrival, a 22-year-old man and sole occupant of the ute has been airlifted to Townsville Hospital with serious injuries.
The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating.
