The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating a serious single-vehicle e-scooter crash in Townsville City this morning, January 18.
Emergency services were called to the intersection of Denham Street and Walker Street just after 3.30am to reports an e-scooter had crashed.
Upon arrival, the rider, a 35-year-old Townsville City man, was located with life-threatening injuries.
He was transported to Townsville University Hospital.
The investigation is ongoing.
