Serious Two Vehicle Crash - Yatte Yattah

Three people have been seriously injured after a crash on the state's south coast.

About 2pm today (Sunday 8 December 2024), emergency services responded to reports of a two-vehicle crash along the Princess Highway, Yatte Yattah.

NSW Ambulance paramedics treated the occupants of both vehicles.

The 25-year-old male driver of one of the vehicles was taken to Shoalhaven Hospital in a serious but stable condition.

A male passenger – also aged 25 – was airlifted to St George Hospital in a critical but stable condition.

The driver and sole occupant of the second vehicle – a 21-year-old man – was taken to Wollongong Hospital in a serious but stable condition.

Officers from South Coast Police District established a crime scene that was later examined by specialist police from the Crash Investigation Unit.

As investigations continue police are urging anyone who have witnessed the crash – or has any available dashcam/mobile phone footage to contact South Coast Police District or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
