Police and emergency services are at the scene of a serious crash on Kangaroo Island, according to SA Police.
Police received reports of a car hitting a tree on Hog Bay Road, Dudley East about 9.30pm on Sunday 7 January.
The occupant of the car has sustained serious injuries and will be airlifted to hospital shortly.
Hog Bay Road is currently closed around the crash site preventing a direct route for motorists to travel from Penneshaw to Kingscote.
