Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing woman Sharne.
The 30-year-old was last seen on Riversdale Road in Hawthorn on 19 July.
Police and family have concerns for her welfare as she has a medical condition.
Sharne is described as being Caucasian in appearance, with a slim build and has brown hair with purple highlights.
It's not known what she was wearing when she disappeared.
Police have released an image of Sharne and urge anyone with information about her whereabouts to contact Boroondara Police Station on (03) 8551 1111.
