"We're thrilled to launch this new platform which allows residents and visitors to fully explore everything our libraries offer or even take a peek inside before they visit," said Shellharbour City Mayor Chris Homer.

"The website enhances how our community can interact with library programs, books, digital content, and more."

The new Print from Anywhere offers a convenient, tech-savvy printing option for our community.

Executive Director Community and Culture, Kate Jessop explained that library members can now send documents to the library's printers from their own devices.

"Whether they are in the library, at home, or on the go, we're making printing easier and more accessible than ever."

Print jobs are held in a queue for 24 hours awaiting release and payment at either Shellharbour City, Warilla, Oak Flats or Albion Park during each library's opening hours.

Costs start at 20 cents for an A4 black and white print out, while an A3 colour print is $2.

An exciting addition to Shellharbour City Libraries is the Seed Library. Members can now learn how to cultivate plants and food at home by borrowing seeds.

Once your seeds have grown and it's time to harvest, you can save some seeds to return to the Seed Library to continue the growing cycle.

Shellharbour City Libraries also offer a wide range of Events and Workshops both digitally and onsite, highlighted by regular visits by featured authors.

There's something for all ages, from cooking classes, tech help talks, chess and game clubs, to activities for kids including crafts, story time and STEM programs (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics).
