This month science shines bright, as the City of Canada Bay Libraries presents a day of scientific exploration and discovery, with the return of the Rhodes Science Fair.
Join us at The Connection, Rhodes on Saturday, 10 August 2024 from 10:00am - 2:00pm for a day filled with exciting activities, demonstrations and presentations for the whole family to enjoy!
City of Canada Bay General Manager, John Clark, said that the City of Canada Bay is proud to provide an opportunity for residents and visitors to experience what science and technology has to offer.
With something on offer for everyone, from liquid nitrogen experiments and robot story time to a hilarious archaeologist and experimenting with a wide range of STEM subjects, the Rhodes Science Fair will provide an immersive and hands-on experience that is suitable for all ages.
"I'd encourage everyone to come along to this free community event, which will inspire a love of all things science.
"After a successful event last year, our libraries were excited to see the return of Science Fair, which showcases a range of science experiences for the community as part of National Science Week," says City of Canada Bay General Manager John Clark.
