The Queanbeyan-Palerang Arts Trail is back this October and we are calling for visual, performing and literary artists to join us!
The Arts Trail showcases talented artists, creative practitioners, gallery owners, and performers in our local government area and is a fantastic opportunity to connect our vibrant arts community to art lovers and visitors from near and far.
We are looking for artists, performers, musicians, writers and craftspeople from across the region who want to open their doors, activate public spaces, and engage with the community over three packed weekends in October.
- Braidwood - 5 & 6 October
- Bungendore - 12 & 13 October
- Queanbeyan - 19 & 20 October
Council extensively advertises this event, but you must be registered by 1 September 2024 to be included in all promotional materials.
We need your help to make this the most varied event yet! We are looking for:
- Art Studios
- Galleries & Art Centres
- Music/dance performances
- Theatre group script readings, rehearsals or development sessions
- Poetry slams or readings
- Book launches or author readings
- Pop up music performances, plays or performance art in public spaces
- Digital media and art projections
- Plus other creative ideas
The Arts Trail is an inclusive event and a great way for new audiences to see incredible local works in studios, or activations in places like pubs, cafes, libraries or parks.
