Significant drug charges in Emu Park, QLD

Emu Park police have charged a man with over 50 drug related offences following investigations into drug trafficking in the area, Queensland Police say.

The charges resulted from ongoing intelligence and investigations into drug offences allegedly committed within the Emu Park division.

A 23-year-old Zilzie man has been charged with one count of trafficking a dangerous drug, 51 charges of supplying a dangerous drug, and one count each of possessing a drug utensil, possessing an item used in the commission of a crime.

He is due appear in the Yeppoon Magistrates Court on October 27.

This follows recent charges against a 29-year-old Zilzie man who has been charged with two counts of supplying a dangerous drug and three other drug related charges.

He is due to appear in Yeppoon Magistrates court on September 15.
