Single Vehicle Crash In Monbulk Turns Fatal

A man has died following a crash in Monbulk last month.

It is believed that a blue Holden Commodore mounted a curb and crashed into a signpost and a power pole on Baynes Park Road about 7pm, Wednesday 29 May.

The driver and sole occupant of the vehicle, a 65-year-old man from The Patch, was taken to hospital where he died on 13 June.

The exact circumstances surrounding the crash are yet to be determined and police will prepare a report for the coroner.
