Two missing sisters from Sydney's west have been located safe and well.
The girls – aged 13 and 14 – were last seen at a home on Luxford Road, Tregear, about 1.30pm on Tuesday 2 January 2024.
When they did not return home, the siblings were reported missing to officers from Mt Druitt Police Area Command who commenced an investigation into their whereabouts.
Following inquiries and an appeal for assistance the girls were located in Mt Druitt about 5.30pm on Wednesday 3 January 2024.
Police would like to thank the media and the community for their assistance.
