Surf Coast business owners are encouraged to book a free session with the Victorian Government's Small Business Bus when it visits Lorne on Thursday 27 February.
The Small Business Bus, operated by Business Victoria, offers professional assistance to anyone planning, starting or looking to grow a business.
It is staffed by expert advisers from the Monarch Institute who are available to help develop business ideas, discuss key issues and priorities, identify a clear direction and set a business action plan.
Bookings are essential and are open now. Individual sessions run for 45 minutes, with all discussions to be kept completely confidential.
Councillor Leon Walker said the bus's visit offered an excellent opportunity for the local business community.
"Starting and running a business is challenging, and any chance to gain some free expert advice that might help your business succeed is valuable," Cr Walker said.
"Small businesses are such an important part of our local economy and community. We want to see all Surf Coast businesses thriving.
"Thank-you to Business Victoria for making this resource available."
