All southbound lanes are now open on the Pacific Highway through Coffs Harbour, however all northbound lanes remain closed.
The highway had been closed in both directions between Sawtell Road in Boambee and Stadium Drive in Coffs Harbour, due to a police operation.
Hogbin Drive remains closed southbound between Stadium Drive and Sawtell Road.
Traffic is heavy in both directions, particularly northbound.
Motorists should continue to allow plenty of extra travel time.
