Southern Suburbs Supermarket Robbery

Police are investigating a robbery at a Trott Park supermarket late last night.

About 11.50pm on Sunday 24 November, patrols were called to a shopping centre on Heysen Drive at Trott Park after reports of a robbery.

Two men entered the supermarket, one was armed with what appeared to be a firearm, they demanded cash from the till. The men stole an amount of cash and cigarettes and left the store on foot.

Thankfully the staff member was not physically injured.

PD Enzo and his handler arrived on scene and found a track however were unable to locate the suspects.

One suspect was wearing dark coloured clothing, and the other suspect was wearing a hi-vis top. Both men had their faces covered and were wearing gloves.

Crime Scene investigators will be attending the scene this morning.
