Fremantle Detectives are seeking information regarding an incident at the Spearwood Skate Park, on Rockingham Road in Spearwood, on Monday 16 September 2024.
Sometime between 6:30pm and 7:00pm, two groups of people attended the skate park in two vehicles.
A member of one of the groups, who had arrived in a white four-wheel-drive utility, exited the vehicle and approached the other group.
At some point during the interaction the male person produced a knife and struck a member of the other group – a 17-year-old boy - in his abdomen, causing a laceration injury.
The offender returned to the vehicle he had arrived in, and that vehicle was then driven at the vehicle the victim had arrived in, striking doors that were open, causing them to slam shut.
Both groups then left the scene, with the victim being driven to a hospital for medical treatment.
