Staff Member Charged, North Coast Region 4 July

A 60-year-old male staff member from the North Coast Region has been charged and suspended from the Queensland Police Service, in relation to alleged domestic and family violence offences.

The man was charged with two counts of unlawful stalking, one count each of enter and commit a domestic violence offence and wilful damage, five counts of stealing and nine counts of contravene a Domestic Violence Order.

He was arrested on May 14 and appeared before Maroochydore Magistrates Court on May 15.

He is due to reappear before Maroochydore Magistrates Court on July 19.
