With the 2022 state election rapidly approaching, Council has been active in its advocacy on our community's behalf.
There are four state electorates (Eildon, Eltham, Yan Yean and Warrandyte) which overlap within Nillumbik Shire's boundaries. We are keeping a close eye on election commitments that would have a direct impact on Council and our community.
We will continue to advocate to whoever aspires to government, regardless of political persuasion in our Community's best interests.
Learn more about how Council is advocating on behalf of our community by viewing our Advocacy Priorities: 2022(PDF, 4MB) document.
See below for a list of election commitments for Nillumbik - we will continue to update this list as the election campaign progresses.
