Detectives from the Hendra Criminal Investigation Branch are appealing for public assistance in the return of a pet dog, stolen during a vehicle theft from Alderley on Sunday (24 July).
Zoe, the six-year-old chihuahua (pictured) was taken during the theft of her owner's blue 2011 Suzuki Swift from outside a café on Camborne Street in Alderley around 6am.
The stolen vehicle was seen a short time later at a service station on Samford Road at Gaythorne.
CCTV footage shows a man driving the vehicle and police are appealing for anyone who may recognise him, to contact them.
