Northern Territory Fire and Rescue Service (NTFRS) are investigating a structure fire that occurred at the Alice Springs Hospital yesterday.
At 1:55pm, NTFRS received reports of a fire within a workshop at the hospital.
An evacuation of the technical building was initiated, while firefighters extinguished a small electrical fire.
No injuries were reported and firefighters ventilated the building shortly after.
A fire investigator will determine the cause of the fire and at this stage it does not appear to be suspicious.
