You could win part of a $500 prize pool for supporting an exceptional automotive service or repair business in the Cessnock Local Government Area this April.
This month's Support Local initiative will focus on businesses such as mechanics, tyre service centres, or motorbike repair shops – essentially those in our LGA that keep our cars or motorcycles running smoothly and looking great.
The prizes up for grabs are:
- $150 gift voucher for Ethan's Detailing Service
- $200 gift voucher for MAD Hunter Valley
- $80 gift voucher for Details on Wheels
- $70 gift voucher for JD's Car Detailing
To enter, post a photo of your ride on Facebook or Instagram, mention the name of the business you want to celebrate, and be sure to include the hashtag #SupportLocalCessnock.
Enter as many times as you like - the more entries, the greater your chances of winning!
Cessnock City Mayor Dan Watton said there were many businesses worthy of recognition throughout April.
"For many of us, our vehicle is more than just a way to get from A to B – it's our pride and joy," said Clr Watton.
"This is a fantastic opportunity to give a shout-out to those in our LGA who keep your set of wheels on the road and looking sharp."
Entries close on 30 April 2025. Winners will be announced 5 May 2025.
