Police are appealing for public assistance to identify a man they wish to speak to in relation to suspicious behaviour in Woolloongabba on September 19.
At approximately 3.30pm, a woman was walking along Stanley Street when she was followed by a man who was not known to her.
The man began staring at the woman and exposing himself.
The man is described as Caucasian in appearance, approximately 168cm tall, aged in his 50s with blue eyes, and a scruffy grey beard.
He was wearing a black shirt, denim shorts, and a black baseball cap.
Investigators are appealing to the man, or anyone who may have relevant information, to contact police.
