The survey helps us understand how you see Swan right now.
We want to know how you feel about things like crime prevention, green spaces, recreation, lighting and waste management if you're a resident.
If you're a business owner, how are we tracking when it comes to delivering support and training, managing parking and preventing crime?
Your feedback in past surveys has guided the way we have invested in our community's safety, environment and connectivity.
There are two separate surveys available, one for residents and ratepayers and one for business owners:
Independent consultant Catalyse is managing the survey on the City's behalf and all data will remain secure and confidential.
Survey results and updates will be published on the City's website and other communication channels, including social media.
The survey closes on Friday, February 14, 2025 for residents and ratepayers and Friday, February 21, 2025 for business owners.
