Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Tamahau Toko.
Warrants have been issued for the 32-year-old's arrest in relation to driving related offences.
Toko is known to frequent St Albans and Melton.
Police have released an image of Toko in the hope someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
