NSW Police have requested Council's assistance with road closures for one hour between 10pm and 11pm on Tuesday 1 October along Tamarind Drive.
The Police have advised that a full road closure is required for this period to enable them to complete investigations along this section of road.
Closures will be in place at:
- Tamarind Drive northbound from the intersection of North Creek Road
- Tamarind Drive southbound from the intersection of Ballina Heights Drive
- Between Tamarind Drive and Deadmans Creek Road intersection.
During this time, motorists will be able to exit the Pacific Motorway on the southbound ramp at Tamarind Drive to enter Cumbalum via Ballina Heights Drive. Through traffic should take the next southbound exit ramp at River St to access Ballina.
