Teen Arrested for Multiple Adelaide Break-Ins

Police have made an arrest in relation to a significant crime series including serious criminal trespass and illegal use of motor vehicles.

On Saturday 7 December, Operation Mandrake officers attended a Gilles Plains address where a 15-year-old boy was arrested for nine counts of serious criminal trespass and two counts of illegal use of a motor vehicle.

The 15-year-old boy has been refused bail and will appear in the Adelaide Youth Court on Monday (9 December).

The arrest came as a result of extensive investigations by detectives in relation to break ins across the metropolitan area including business premises and private residences in the past few weeks.

Investigations are ongoing and police have not ruled out further arrests and charges.
